Collective Care. Community Healing. Culturally Rooted Mental Health.

“What began as a shared belief became a collective.

Solidarity & Co. is a collaboration for three values-aligned organizations: Oak & Rose Counselling, Northwest Wellness, and Holistic Minds.

With over 20 years experience, we offer individual and group-based services, consulting, and community programming that center trauma recovery, racial justice, and culturally responsive care. Our work is grounded in the belief that healing is relational - and that mental health must be accessible, affirming, and rooted in context.

Individual Counselling

Compassionate, evidence-based support for trauma, eating challenges, stress, neurodivergence, relationships, and life transitions. Our clinicians integrate somatic therapy, ACT, narrative approaches, and culturally responsive frameworks to help you grow and thrive.

Specialized BIPOC-Centered Services

Culturally grounded care that acknowledges the impacts of colonization, systemic racism, displacement, and identity-based harm. Our clinicians combine lived experience and expertise to offer racial trauma support, decolonized mental health approaches, and community-based healing that honors resilience, dignity, and cultural knowledge.

Group Programs & Workshops

Community-based and psychoeducational groups that support connection, regulation, and shared healing. Specialties include trauma, identity, body image, neurodiversity, parenting, and mind-body practices, with dedicated spaces for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ participants.

Groups are offered in-person and virtually to increase accessibility across Northern and remote regions.

Consulting & Organizational Support

Consulting for schools, organizations, and healthcare teams to create safer, equitable, and trauma-informed mental health environments. Specialties include BIPOC-centered care, anti-oppressive practice, size-inclusive approaches, and culturally safe policies, helping institutions turn intention into action with clarity, compassion, and accountability.
